Measure - and Order - in Minutes!
Most orders can be completed quickly. However, in a few special
situations (such as needing an inside/ outside corner, or a cover longer
than 96”) we'll work with you by phone, regular mail or email, (whichever you
prefer) to achieve exactly the result you want. Other special situations are
discussed here.
STEP 1: Measure your horizontal pipes for covers
Refer to our "How to Measure" page for instructions. Measure the length,
height and depth of your pipe installation. Then add at least 1 inch extra to your depth dimensions and 4" to the height to allow for top and bottom mounting angles. Remember, covers are custom-made and can't be returned.
STEP 2: Choose the length range for your pipe cover
using the white area of the chart below.
Wall to Wall / Unit to Wall Mounting
Please subtract .25" from your total length,
and have us provide you with inside end angles.Stand Alone Units
Have us provide end caps for your pipe covers.Inside / Outside Corners
Measure your length from the corner out, then subtract the
depth of the corner from your measured length. This is the
build size for your pipe cover. An inside or outside corner
will be provided taking this into consideration.
If you are confused, provide us with the full length of your covers,
and we will calculate the build dimensions for an inside or outside corner.

STEP 3: Choose the depth of your pipe cover.
These prices below cover depths up to and including 36 inches.

STEP 4: Size Range = 1(Height) * 2(Depth)
These size ranges are here to help you find the size
you need quickly, and to calculate your price easily.
Remember, though, ARSCO can manufacture any height and length,
within any range shown. With ARSCO, you’re never limited, pipe covers
are custom manufactured just for you.

STEP 10: Do you need an optional access door?
To order, indicate the location of the access door you want by including a sketch
on the pipe cover fax form in the box labeled "Additional Ordering Comments".
Sketch the cover from the "front" view. Tell us where to locate the door,
by indicating the distance from the left end to the center of the door,
and the bottom of the cover to the center of the door.

Our hinged access doors are custom-cut to your cover.
Standard door dimensions are 5" wide and 6" high and cost is $30.
Custom-size access doors are available as well; regardless of size, cost is $60.
Locking access doors are available; add $20 to the standard (or custom) access door cost.
ARSCO pipe covers are typically manufactured from 18 gauge (standard)
16 gauge (medium-duty) and 14 gauge (heavy-duty hot rolled steel,
powder coated in one of six standard colors, or a custom color upon request.
Galvanized steel, stainless steel covers and aluminum are available.
