Induction Unit Covers, Overhead Pipe Covers

ARSCO is the leader in quality induction unit covers and
overhead pipe covers. Covers are stand-alone or wall-to-wall,
and can be mounted on the ceiling, wall or floor. 

ARSCO works with architects, mechanical contractors, and HVAC
engineers to provide highest quality induction unit covers and overhead
pipe covers that are attractive, functional, and durable, with a long
service life.  They are also secure and tamper-resistant, so they’re
suitable for use in correctional facilities. And they are easy to install. 

ARSCO induction unit covers and overhead pipe covers are manufactured
to any dimensions.  Covers are 18 gauge steel, with a durable, chip-resistant
powder coated finish for easiest cleanability. 

Standard Features

• Wall-mounted covers have open bottoms
  and ends for continuous runs.
• End trim is provided for wall-to-wall installation.
• Exposed ends are fully enclosed.
• Floor-mounted units have openings low in
  the front for optimum make-up air flow.
• Ceiling-mounted induction covers accommodate sprinkler devices.

• Inside and outside corners manufactured at any angle.
• Hinged doors provide easiest access –
  and can be provided with locks.

• Adjustable bottom wall brackets

• Tamper-resistant hardware – recommended for schools

• Wall and Floor-mounted induction unit covers can have round or
  mitered corners.
• Cut-outs and notches for pipes, valves, etc.
• Floor-mounted induction covers units can be manufactured with
  coved rear legs to accommodate baseboards, and offset tops to
  clear window sills.
• Levelers can be supplied with floor-mounted units where floors are uneven.
• Hanging humidifier pans make rooms more comfortable
  while keeping heating costs low.

and manufacturing facilities.

Standard Designs

• IU90FM: Flat top; louvers low in the front for intake.
  Extruded aluminum bar grills optional
• IU45FM: 45° sloped top; louvers in the slope, and low in the front for intake
• IU30FM: 30° sloped top; louvers in the slope, and low in the front for intake
