Fin Tube Covers / Convector Cabinets

Custom covers for any fin tube, baseboard, convector or fin tube
heating system can now be ordered online – in minutes!  Covers can
be any length, height or depth; free standing or continuous runs. 
We manufacture fin tube enclosures to cover old units, match existing
work or for new installations. Contact our engineering department for
assistance in designing attractive, functional enclosures.

Shown on this page: floor-mounted fin tube covers and convector
cabinets, powder coated for long-term durability.

Fin Tube Cover / Convector Cabinets Installation

Wall mounting: galvanized steel top clip over wall angles and 90°
bottom angles are provided loose.

Floor mounting: offset floor angles are provided loose. Compatible with all construction materials. Tamper-resistant hardware on request.

Standard Styles

  • FT 90: Square top with louvers in top surface;
    min. depth 3-1/2”
  • FT 45: 45º sloped top with louvers in sloped
    surface; min. depth 3-1/2”
  • LGHL: Grilles: 2 rows of louvers, one high and one low in front;
    min. depth 1/2”
  • FTPT: Perforated Type: Recessed perforated front grille in
    several styles; min. depth 5/8”

Standard Cover Features

2" wide end trim fillers provided for wall-to-wall installation. 
Exposed ends are fully enclosed. Floor-mounted units have openings
low in front for make-up air.

Materials and Finish

22 gauge cold rolled steel finished with lead-free,
ultra-durable powder coat finish. All screws are
finished to match the cover.  Six standard colors; unlimited custom colors.
