ARSCO base cabinets are manufactured from 18 gauge cold rolled steel, and are powder coated in one of six standard colors, and an unlimited number of custom colors.  We also manufacture base cabinets in 304 stainless steel for laboratories, upscale kitchens, and “grill-side” outdoor use.

Construction Features

ARSCO base cabinets have lap-welded construction for longest life. Standard base cabinets are manufactured in 12" and 15" depths. Other standard features include full backs, fixed bottoms and adjustable shelves. Support brackets are engineered to accommodate heavy or uneven loads. Standard doors are double-skinned for strength, and foam-filled for sound attenuation. Doors can be hinged right or left, and we offer sliding, solid metal, or metal with inserts. Vented tops, sides and backs can be provided.

Our base cabinets can also be fabricated with roll-out drawers, tool hangers, or rods. Formica tops,  bins, and heavy-duty casters are available, too. There’s almost no limit to what you can do with flexible Arsco base cabinets!

ARSCO base cabinets have the same resilience as the finest outdoor furniture, and the highest quality automobiles.  This is thanks to powder coating – the same finishing technology used by BMW, Jenn-Air, and other top quality manufacturers. ARSCO is the only manufacturer that powder-coats all its base cabinets.

Powder coating also protects our environment. Liquid finishes are made with solvents which contain VOCs - pollutants that contribute to smog.  Powder coating is solvent-free, and is the “greenest” paint technology available for metal products.

Safety and Security

ARSCO supplies base cabinets that are ideal for storing records, tools, chemicals and other sensitive items.  Cabinets can be supplied with single or separate locking systems for each door.  ARSCO pass-through base cabinets can be supplied with door interlocks that prevent both sides from being opened at the same time.
